Heaven Or Hell
My hub could cause much controversy yet I feel it is important to share the truth..This did not come out of a cracker box, or from a scientific experiment. This is from the Living Bible.The oldest text ever written.The only text that has been proven. Written thousands of years ago much has come to pass.(Prophecy) It was written for all of mankind..For over 2000 years millions of groups have tried to prove the non existence of God as illusion,false or simply not true..Some believe he was a teacher or profit. Yes he was all that, but he is the living Messiah, Emanuel, God with us. Matthew 1:15-25.
God sent his only begotten son Jesus Christ to us for a purpose. To save the World from sin.Jesus died a brutal, horrific death on the Cross at Calvary so we could be spared hell. He took our sin so we could spend eternity in heaven. No one or anything has proved another scenario to be correct. The Bible is very clear on where you go wen you die. Heaven or Hell. Buddha, Mother Mary, or Saint Teresa do not get you to heaven.
Your belief in Jesus, the son of God gets you into heaven.Romans 10:9-10. If you believe in your heart Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and was raised from the dead, confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord, repent of your sins, you will be saved. You will go to Heaven immediately when you die. God so loved us, 'He sent His only son to take on the sin of the World so we could have life eternal with Him. John 3:16. It is a choice we make. God gave us a free will to choose. The Dark or the Light, which will it be?
The Light always puts out dark. The dark evil one Satan, would love to take down anyone in this fallen world. God waits at the door, knock and it will be opened. No matter how far down the scale one has gone God desires all come to Him. He wants none to perish. There are good people that do not believe and there are evil people that obviously do not believe.They will not make heaven. God used the apostles Paul, John, Moses, King David, and many others to write this down for us in his very words We have an instruction manual that teaches us how to live a Holy life pleasing to God the Father. The living Word is the way, truth and life.
One day Jesus will return. Look around there are plenty of signs birthing pains. Prophecies have been full filled. We were born for a reason. God has plans and purpose for our lives. One can choose to live in the light and have abundant life or to choose to live in the dark with all of its misery today and into all of eternity. In the end the Devil and his followers will be thrown into the lake of fire forever. Do you know where you will go when you pass from this ole earth?
The Holy Bible, 2011 years old is the living proof of the one true God. Profecy is being fulfilled in front of our eyes. It is not going to get better in the World before the return of Jesus. Many will be saved and many will deny the true Christ. We do not get to heaven by good works. Everyone sins and has faults so not one would make it into the pearly gates. There will be no tears or sadness in heaven. We will not struggle or suffer. We will have new Spiritual bodies.
I am the hands and feet of Jesus. I am honored to serve the Lord and tell others of salvation and the good news of abundant life. I may get frowned upon, or rocks thrown at me but mark Gods Word. If you deny Jesus you deny God and He will deny you. God wants all to be saved (born again) and there will be many many opportunities to ask him into your heart. Romans 10:9-10. No matter how far down the scale one has gone the Redeemer loves you. He wants to forgive you and make you pure as snow. He wants you to love Him is that is so hard. Christianity is not religion it is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Christ wants you to be adopted into HisFamily. SO, please for your lifes sake do not put off until tomorrow what can be done today. There is no guarantee tomorrow will come.
Reservations for Heaven or Hell are made in this life and not after this life. This ole body goes to the dust of the eart when we die but our Spirits return to the Father the Creator. You were created for Him. He has purpose for your life. Which side of the gulf do you want the Heaven or the Hell side?
If you do not believe these words read a book on a testimony of Heaven and Hell. There are plenty before us that were spared hell and sent back and became a new person in Christ and many that came back to share Heaven with others. They did not want to return to earth after indescribable Heaven and have shared their testimony. Our finite minds cannot grasp the Beauty of Heaven or the pits of Hell. Who would choose Hell when they have heard of Heaven. If Children of God were not right (but we are) would the chance to have eternal life in Heaven be worth asking the Saviour, Jesus into your heart? If He is not there are you having fun yet? No pun intended here! Do you have a hole that needs filling? I used too and it ached. I did not know peace. This is not the case any longer. Love filled it up, the Love of Jesus Christ. He took my infirmities and set me free. I am not in bondage any longer. I am forgive.
There is nothing to loose but misery by asking Jesus to be Lord of your life. I know because I was once lost and then I was found. Jesus is a gentleman and will not twist any arms to invite Him into your heart. He will stir your heart to try and get your attention but He forces no one to come to Him. We have a free will to choose.
I am eternally grateful for abundant life. I have the promise of life everlasting with the King of Kings, Jesus Christ. The Children of God will be together all brothers and sisters in Christ. Who is your King of Kings? Written in Love.

Eddie-Perkins Brother Nice to see you again. God is so cool and amazing. Thank you for the thumbs up. It is encouraging to hear from a CHILD OF GOD. You know that those that do not hear can not without the Spirit of God they can not understand. I suppose they have not gone far enough down the scale or down the elevator low enough to call on Jesus. We can only pray they will be led. I think of the days of old and when I was not ready to hear I did not. A few young believers my age tried and I thought they were speaking a foreign language. I thought in secret that I would make purgatory (raised a Catholic girl) if I died so I decided I would go on in my fun lifestyle. I really thought this is fun. I was a mess indeed. God saved the worst of us like Moses, Paul, Mark, Peter, Jonah, Jacob, Amos, Malachi. He uses the one we least think so there is always hope for the lost until there is none. I was into my own self so much I could not see nor hear the true believer. I am SO grateful that GOD is grace and patient and mercy. It is so very sad Eddie but we do what we can and pray for the lost and hurting and dust off the boots and keep on in Jesus Christ. One day you never know maybe one person will go to your hub or mine or another and hear one thing and be saved. Maybe one hub we worked on for days will save one lost soul while there is time. God knows we just keep on. Anyway I have really chatted. It is so nice to know you. Thank You so much for coming over. See God put us on the path to know one another brother and one day in Heaven we will probably meet and know each other. How amazing is God. We can not imagine. Carrie...I saw your comment above and wanted to say, that when a believer dies, he/she is with the Lord. The Bible clearly states that. "Absent from the body, present with the Lord!" That is all I need! LOL So, when you die, your body is just a mass of chemicals, the 'real' you is with our Lord and nothing can top that! God Bless you!!
One of my first published hubs was on Judgment Day and am glad to see you posted a similar hub. We can't talk about this enough! People need to know the truth and that when they die, their fate is sealed. The only time we can make the most important decision any of us can possibly make has to be taken care of when we are alive. The choice is simple...either accept the PROVEN Truth of God's Word and accept his Son, Jesus' death on the cross in payment for OUR sins, or reject His free gift. I pray people will read these postings, check them out in the Bible and realize that all of this is true and not some myth or made up story! fucsia A believer is an individual that has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. You are right Jesus is not a religion. Religion is mans dogma on the scriptures. Many religions twist the truth. There is one truth the only way to heaven is through Jesus Christ. Do not be decieved fucsia. Jesus loves you and wants you to invite him into your heart as Lord and Savior of your life. It has nothing to do with religion. If you do not know Jesus, God the father will not know you. You will not enter the gates of heaven if you deny Jesus. We have free will fucsia. Many do not believe in Jesus. There is a Heaven and Hell fucsia. Many of the world do not believe. One day Jesus will return and every knee will bend and every head bow and KNOW He is LORD.
If you repent of sin, ask Jesus into your heart as Lord and Savior. You will be a child of God, a believer. It does not have to do with religion. It has to do with Jesus the son of God that came to save us from our sin.

I do not believe in Heaven or Hell, but if they exist I do not thing that one person only becouse is a non-believer goes to Hell. The good actions, a good heart, a good spirit have not a religion. Whatever happen after our death is important how we live today, through wich ways we seek our happiness and our freedom.

Skye2day: there is one small tiny error in this writing though. Hell or Hades is but a waiting place for those spirits who have not as yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. It is "The Lake of Fire" that the "Non-Believers" those who refuse to accept Jesus totally will end up in. "The Lake of Fire" is where satan, the anti-christ, and the false prophet will be hurled into. See REVELATION: 19: 20 AND
REVELATION:20: 10 AND ALSO SEE REVELATION: 20: 14 which tells us that death and hell will be cast into the lake of fire also.

It has been a difficult week. I watched my friend die and now she is in Heaven. I am so happy for her she suffers no longer. She Blessed my life. I have been grieving her this week. The body of the believer, which is mortal flesh, perishes, or "sleeps" until the day it is transformed and reunited to the believer at the final resurrection. Wealthmadehealthy, Hi sweet gem. There is much said on 'passing' many interpretations. The only one I know of to be true is we will instantly be in eternity with Christ. (Children of God) He told the thief on the cross that believed 'Today you will be with me in paradise' Since he was, is, and always the same 'I AM' why would he have us wait in our ashes or the box underground? I am not sure where the scripture is 'we sleep until he returns'. Do You know? I hope to God I am right. Our Spirits go the Ole body is dust to dust. Yeah, new bods girlfriend. Wow...this is a great hub, but I have to agree with Hoowantstono....when we die. It IS written, we go to the grave. Jesus will come and raise the Godly first and take them to Heaven where they will judge the rest...We all go to the grave until Jesus comes again.
When I feel low, I always come to your pages. They are so full of Love for My King...The Lord Jesus...A severe study of Revelation is needed for all people at this time. Dear sha, I believe the words in the Bible. Not mans words but Gods Word. Yes he will bring the new heaven with his church (saints) believers to Jerusalem the land of his chosen. Prior to that time we will ascend into heaven to be with him. There are many mansions in heaven. Luke 23:43 gives reference to Paradise and heaven. The devil has dominion over the earth. He was kicked out of heaven. He is trying to bring anyone down that he can. He knows his time is coming. He comes to steal kill destroy and lie. Thankyou for your reply.I believe that Jesus reference to paradise means just that,a paradise on earth as I have read no scripture that suggests man goes to heaven as soon as he dies.It seems more logical otherwise the earth is just a testing ground for mankind and I dont feel a loving god would want to test us in that way and God wanted our earth to be a paradise when he created us originally.

There are 21 scriptures that refer to heaven, 7 scriptures that refer to heavenly places, 16 scriptures that speak of heavens, 3 scriptures that speak of paradise. First, one must be saved(born again) invite Christ into heart as Lord and savior, and repent of sins. Christ told the thief on his right when he was nailed to the cross 'today you will be with me in paradise'. You know what, HOO? I think that we are immediately with the Lord after we die in spirit. The reason our bodies are said to be "asleep" is because our bodies are not through, because they will be resurrected at the appointed time. My hub Life after Death: What the Bible says, and "About Heaven and Who Dwells There" give scriptural reference to this.

I agree with all you said, so I might add...all go to one place at death...the grave, but not all come out the grave at the Lords coming....But because God is eternal he has set time in place for living and then death. When we die it would be as if we didn't even die and the resurrection is taking place immediately.
Death is the end of time eternity is next. We are covered by Jesus blood so that this cloak is our garment to enter into the Kingdom.
The Kingdom of God is the Eternal Realm, the Throne of God , the Third heaven, the earth exists as the footstool of God below the Throne.

einron, it is clear there are saints returning with Christ to fight the battle of Armageddon, which will not only end all wars, but will then begin the thousand-year reign of Christ. If there is no heaven outside of earth where the saints are in the presence of the Lamb, this would not be possible. (Revelation 19:7-16).

No one is going to heaven. The Father is coming down out of heaven with a new heaven (sky) and a new earth.
The Lord Jesus Christ will rule this earth for a thousand years before The Father brings the new earth down OUT OF HEAVEN to make His home with men and wipe away all their tears.
Rev 21:1-2 (KJV) And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Christians going to heaven is a mainstream Christian myth - pure fabrication.

Dear Phil I am so sorry for your loss. When we ask Jesus into our hearts and repent of sin we are saved. We are all sinners on Jesus was perfect. If we make an error or mistake Jesus understands He is remolding and shaping us. He knows we will have more sin. We repent and move on. We are forgiven. He died for our sins. Know you are saved. Only you can ask Jesus into your heart no one can do it for you. A pastor can help lead one to Jesus. I am sure he helped to lead your wife to Jesus. She is with Jesus. One day you will see her again. I will send you a Bible in a couple of days. I am honored to do so. Read it and go to a church that teaches from the Bible. May God Bless your walk.
