Powdered Milk Bath For Moist Skin
It is a real treat to feel silky smooth, to the touch. I plan on taking more baths. Milk Baths that is. Do enjoy. Does your skin feeling a bit rough around the edges with the summer heat or the dry winter air? This remedy is decades old. Take a milk bath. Milk is a natural moisturizer loaded with vitamins A and D. Soaking in it will soften the dry body into moist, subtle, soft skin. I recommend this one. I give this a personal A+. Cost effective and worth every minute to care for yourself.
- Start a nice warm tub of bath water, add 1/2 cup powdered milk and a dash more for good measure. Fill the tub to desired water level.
- Now do your thing soak, relax, meditate, read, shut your eyes, lite a candle, veg out, sip wine, play some tunes, most important enjoy.
- When you get out of the tub pat the skin dry. Do not rub off the moisture.
- Apply your favorite lotion and rub into your smooth skin.
