Revealed with a camera phone an Angel on my path.

Everything on the path was so vivid, lush and deep green, similar to a smooth velvet.The trees lined in a row appeared to be perfectly manicured. The branches swayed in the cool breeze. I felt as if this were a scene created for a movie. I had a peace that I had not known before. I had a joy that filled every fiber in my being. There was no particular reason I felt this way. I just knew all things were for a reason and perfectly OK. God had His hands on me and I was not alone.

I wanted to take a picture of the beauty I saw before me. If just to remind me one day of the peace i felt at this moment in time. Although I knew the camera phone would not give justice to the radiance I saw, I took a picture. I walked home slowly to saver the moment. I never wanted this feeling to leave. The peace of God engulfed me. I was in His glorious presence.

Gods love so powerful and wondrous. His glory shines in all of creation. We just need to pause and look. His gifts are endless and His grace anoints us in His precious love. I pondered at the many times I did not slow down to smell the roses or take the time to stop and see His treasures along the path.

When I got home it was like my body melted into the cushion on the chair. I opened the camera phone to see what kind of pictures I captured. I literally sat in awe staring at the picture. There on the path that I just walked was an angel in between the trees. When I took the picture there was no angel visible to my eyes. Oh how God loves to surprise His kids. Never underestimate His goodness. He sends signs and wonders to assure us He knows, He cares. I felt tears fill my eyes. God is everywhere in everything. He is or He is not. We just have to keep our eyes on Him and look. When we take our eyes off of the problem and let God have it we open the door to see clearer. God is never short of signs and wonders. How often do I miss what is right in front of me by holding on to the cares of this world? Too often. God is the master designer and He has everything in control. We just need to keep it there, in His big hands.

Later in the evening I showed my husband the picture. He was blown away and in awe. He is not the type of personality to get all sentimental, yet he did. He has walked that path on many days. I think I will always remember the peace I felt in my spirit. Today, since that picture one year ago I have had many moments of inner peace.

It is as if all fear was lifted from me on that day. Jesus went to the cross and took on Satan so we could live and be free from fear. The Fathers love is so deep we can not imagine in our finite minds. Trust in the Lord God with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding but acknowledge Him in all of your way's and He will direct your path. Proverbs 3:5

We live in a fallen world and evil and wickedness is more prevalent then any time that I recall in my living days. The enemy of this world comes only to steal kill and destroy. John 10:10 Give your situations to God. He wants to care for you. He wants our lives. He created us for a purpose. Keep your eyes on things that are pure and lovely. There are no guarantees in the world. Jesus Christ who is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow has given us hundreds and hundreds of promises for those that are His children. He came so we could have life and more abundant life. John 10:10 God does not go back on His Holy Word. Who would not want the free gift of salvation and eternal life found in Jesus Christ? Oh Praise be to God who will never leave nor forsake us. Hebrews. 3:11

Day by day I decide to stay on the high road and look at my future, in Christ. I am heaven bound, alleluia and Glory to God. I will not let the dark one have his way. He has been defeated by Christ. If you are in a storm in the valley of life think of all you have to be grateful for. Do not give room for the enemy of this world. Do not walk the dirt road because our God has already paved the way with gems and treasures for His children to discover and behold. He wants us to have all He has for us, today, tomorrow and forever. No matter your situation you can rise above it with faith in Christ. God will hold you up and strengthen you when you feel you can not take another step. Phil 4:13

There is one who has all power and that is our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. If you do not know Him, Invite Jesus into your heart today by faith as your Lord, repent of your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus was crucified and raised from the dead and you will be saved. ( Romans 10:9-10) But for the grace of God in faith I asked Jesus into my heart in 1991. I am born again into the family of God. I am a Child of God, Amen. How sweet and precious He is. He only wants our love. It is because He loved first that we can love. The promises of the Lord are for us! They are for our benefit.

If you just asked Jesus into your heart get down the Bible and wipe off the dust. Open and read. Please get into a Bible based, Spirit filled church so you can fellowship with other believers. We all came into the church at one point in time and our seat was waiting. There is a seat reserved for you too. You will be loved. You will have a family of brothers and sisters in the Lord. There is no condemnation in Christ. He loves the sinners. He came for us! John 3:16 Through Jesus Christ you are forgiven and made righteous by His blood shed on the cross at Calvary for you, and for me. You will know if this is your church. If not there keep searching. The Spirit of God will lead you. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. Romans 8:28 So hang on to the seat of your pants, for the ride of your life. The angels in Heaven rejoice when one is saved! Yes, they be singing for you, Amen.
