When fear lurks in the shadows of your life, what is the solution?

Fear can lurk in many different shadows of our lives. Perhaps you have discovered by surprise you are pregnant with your third child. Do not be afraid, if God has enabled you to care for two children He will help you care for the third. Maybe the money for the mortgage or rent and car payment is not there. The future looks threatening. Maybe you have had a wage freeze and to top it off no more health benefits. It could be you go in each day not knowing if your number is waiting to be called into the office for the next lay off. Money issues can erode the soul. They can surely cause havoc in a marriage. Maybe your peace of mind has eluded you. It is possible you only have a couple more unemployment checks coming in and that gut wrenching feeling, similar to a butterfly inside is ever pending. You feel like you are in a permanent doom mode. You have faith but you seem like you are under constant attack from the enemy. It can be a battle each day. You could easily feel you are not worthwhile or God has forgotten about you then guilt is eating at you because you have no certainty of the future. You could be holding feelings in your troubled heart that seems to skip beats these days by keeping the truth from others. You are running scared. You do not want to give up or hurt a loved one so the pent up feelings are tucked inside and you ache.

You are a Child of God and your heart is wavering, one side is Satan's lies that God has forgot about you. Satan wants you to believe God is not sufficient. You might feel unworthy because of sin or guilt and believe God has abandoned you to go and fend for yourself. The other side of the heart is the reality of Gods truth. Your Christian Faith has grown and to your pleasant surprise you know Gods love sometimes removes things from us to move us forward to prosper and Bless us or to save us from hardship around the bend. Love is not all sticky sweet. We are Children of the King. We are told we will have hardships. John 15:33 For myself this is so assuring that Jesus told us we will have troubles. The good news is the Lord Jesus has overcome the enemy of this world.John 3:16 He took on the sin of the world so we could have eternal life with Him and not perish and be eternally separated from God the Father. The more one draws closer to the Lord Jesus the more the thief will try to come at you with his lies. He hates that Christ loves His creation and wants us to prosper and be in good health even as our soul prospers. 3 John:2

Maybe you have a Doctors appointment and your heart is troubled. The future looks bleak because you are afraid of the what the tests might reveal. Jesus tell us do not be afraid,'Trust me.' John 14:3 Maybe God has a miracle as a witness for Him. Maybe like Paul you will carry a thorn in your side all your days but you will learn to be content and strive to be more Holy for His names sake. Maybe there is a modern miracle in technology that will heal you and bring many to Christ because by all medical reasoning you should not be here at all. God does know what He does. He tells His children in His letter to us. 'I will never leave nor forsake you.' Hebrews:13:3

Maybe you have a rebellious child that is close to the brink of failing school. You are heartbroken. You know that rage is not a solution. What is a parent to do? God promises, 'He will always live to make intercession for us, and that He will even pray for us when we don't know how we ought to pray, or what words we ought to use.' (Rom. 8:26). This is great and wondrous news. Not only did Jesus die for our sins and then resurrect to give us power over death and the enemy, Jesus stays with us through all of our trouble and then helps us beat the problems we face, all the while praying for us too! It is hard to imagine that some people still choose to reject a gift that costs us nothing, though it cost Jesus everything.

The scarred hands and feet that were pierced with the marks of death understand our pressures. Jesus knows, He knows the strain you are under. He knows of unfair abuse you may face at your job or from a financial institution. Jesus was spit upon by His own people. He was whipped 39 times. The whip had metal gadgets at the ends that ripped the skin with each stripe. They spared Jesus 40 whips because that meant death and His persecutors forced Him to carry His own cross to the hill on Calvary. This is love beyond measure. Stop letting the enemy intimidate you.

God gave us the authority to cast out the enemy in the name of Jesus. Matthew 10:1 This is absolutely a beautiful gift we have been given. The enemy flees and trembles in his lying ugly evil knees at the name of Jesus. He is evil and He is doomed. Jesus went to Hell for us to defeat Satan. 'Despair and anguish melt away when life is viewed as a Gift from God, wise words from Solomon.This means we need to start now filling our souls with the truths When we think, speak aloud the truths the seeds are planted into our hearts. God does not lie. His promises are beyond measure. Open the word of God and read it, pick out scriptures that are answers to what you might be going though at this time. Faith comes by hearing and hearing of the word. Romans 8:28. Do not put off until next week what you can do today.

If you are not a child of God, born again in the Spirit there is no way you can understand what I share. It is not that I am better it is because the Spirit of God lives in us and when we invite Jesus into our hearts and repent of sin the Holy Spirit will work with our hearts to line them up with the Mind of Christ. That he understands and knows Me, That I am the Lord, exercising loving kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight,” says the LORD.” Jeremiah 9:24 The more you get to know God, the more you will put your trust in Him. Seek God in prayer and action and see how His word and commands come to pass in your life.

Misery loves misery. When anger or rage or fear may arise in you it is time to with move on and move forward. Go beat a pillow. Open the Bible, look up scripture, start repeating the scripture, believe Gods promise in your heart. Thank God. Praise God for His truth. If you were one of the most beautiful piano players in all of the world you practiced allot to get there. it did not come overnight. You will continue to practice because you want to continue to rise to the occasion and you love to play and Bless others. The more you practice the new melody, the better the sound comes together. It is like this with Gods Word. One must practice until it becomes habit. It takes seven days to start a habit and 7 days to break a habit. We have to nourish our bodies with food we have to nourish our Spirit with the truth of God.Then it is like we have another sense, the teachings and witness of the Holy Spirit in and on us. Do not give room to the enemy by slacking. If you have slacked get up get going. This is no time to mess around. Your family or loved ones need you. You are worth while. God thinks so. That is why you are reading this. It is not a mistake.

There are millions that suffer from pain and internal suffering. The enemy is trying to destroy or kill them. There is only one way to be a light and to see where you are going. Turn it on. Do not listen to the lies of others. We are are all sinners, liars, cheats and some, me included. I long to be made more Holy. God did give us a choice. He will answer our prayers. He is our source. There is no guarantee the Bank you have your money in will be standing tomorrow. God will be standing and He will never give us more then we can bear. He has a plan. You need work, talk to Him, get up get going. Faith takes action. YOUR own action. Depend on God, He is the master builder. He has a way. And it just continues to get better because when we get blessed, we in turn can be a blessing to others! The abundance of God is a never ending supply. In order for us to prosper we must first be sure our soul is prospering. Soon we will experience the abundance of God and prosperous living.

I wrote this message by way of the Holy Spirit. At the end of April my husband was ripped off of a job. Around $1,400. I went into a deep fear for a couple of days. I was frozen. I knew I had a choice to fight or be defeated. I rose to the occasion in Christ. I prayed, I cried I stood on Scripture. 'My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches and Glory in Christ Jesus' Philippians 4:19I knew in my heart of hearts God was not going to throw us in the streets although I was scared. If our rent is not payed by the 4th of the month then fees start adding up by day 10 out you go. Corporate matters.

I had a tug in my heart to call the church we attend. I was so humbled. Ego can be a hindrance. I was asked to come in to fill out an application. The church was so kind and Bella (name changed) was so kind. She is a light of Love. She told me. 'not to worry God knows what he does.' She encouraged me. The applications for the needy go to a benevolence team for approval or not. The meeting was not for a couple of days. The rent was due the morning that the benevolence team was meeting that evening. I called the church during the day and told Bella since there was such a need that $500 would work. I could make it work and be late for my car payment and shuffle money around. The next morning Bella phoned me. I missed the call, I was in the shower. I was shaking when I listened to the voice mail. 'Skye the team has approved you for all of your rent and would like to make your car payment for you. David and I were crying and praising God. I called her and said the church is so wonderful. She reminded me 'God is so wonderful' We laughed, I cried. I was so thrilled, grateful and humble I went to get the checks. God loves to surprise His Children over and beyond. Not only were the checks in the envelope for car and rent there was $200 worth of gift cards to the grocery store.

DO not limit what God can do for you. Pick up the heavy phone, call a friend, seek help.Listen to the Holy Spirit. Take action. The Spirit will lead you. He knows where the jobs are for you. He knows what he is going to do to bring the daughter to Christ. He knows the Doctor you will be seeing. He works on hearts and goes ahead of us for our behalf. God loves His children more then our finite minds can even contemplate. He sent His son to die for our sins.That is so huge. Who would not want to be a Child of the Creator, the King of Kings? Who would not want to trust in the Lord Jesus and get daily comfort, knowledge, guidance. wisdom and teaching from the Holy Spirit? Who wants to trust another source? Men let us down, God does not. May God touch the lost and reach the hurting and lonely.You do not have to go alone in this World of sin and greed. We live in a fallen world. God has the answers, He always has and He always will. His word does not change with the times. He is going to return soon, do not deny Jesus lest you be denied by the Father God. and a home in Heaven for all of eternity.

The more of these truths we have in our hearts, the stronger our belief and the greater our faith will be. Plant good seeds and reap a good harvest, do not avoid watering the crop or it will dry up and wither. Feed it good, wholesome fresh food, daily. The Word of God. Be blessed to be a blessing, Fear not for IAM is with you through all eternity.
